This Privacy Policy and all subsequent changes to it are published on slottaker.com. The User is obliged to independently monitor changes in the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the System after changes are made indicates the User's consent to such changes.

This Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing user data of the Slot Taker service (hereinafter referred to as the Service), which provides access to the INPOL Booking Assistant browser extension (hereinafter referred to as the Plugin). The Service and Plugin are collectively referred to as the System.
1.2. We comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure an appropriate level of personal data protection.

When attempting to make a payment, we collect the following application data to ensure plugin operation and improve service quality:

  • Applicant's first and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Applicant's address
  • Application status
  • Appointment information

We use cookies and analytical tools to improve the System's operation:

V. Data Retention Period

5.1. User data is stored for 3 (three) years after the termination of the Agreement and fulfillment of all mutual obligations.

5.2. The data retention period may be increased or decreased in accordance with:

  • Requirements of applicable law
  • Official requests from government authorities
  • The need to protect rights and legitimate interests
  • Other circumstances provided by law

VI. User Rights

6.1. In accordance with GDPR, the user has the following rights:

  • Obtain information about collected data
  • Request a copy of their personal data
  • Demand correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of their data
  • Object to the processing of their data
  • Demand restrictions on data processing

6.2. User requests are processed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.

6.3. The System has the right to reject a request if it may violate the rights of third parties, contradict legislation, or harm the security of the System.

VII. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The System is not liable for:

  • Users' actions in disclosing their personal data
